Launching soon
Erectile Dysfunction
Discreet, effective treatment from a urologist.
Online Erectile Dysfunction evaluations are launching soon and are not yet available. Dr. Gousse Solutions does not sell prescription medication online. The information below describes the upcoming telehealth service.
ED affects more than 30 million American men. The right treatment is highly effective — and starts with a real medical evaluation, not a checkbox quiz.
Treatment options (available when telehealth launches)
- Sildenafil (generic Viagra) — Take as needed, ~30–60 min before activity.
- Tadalafil (generic Cialis) — As-needed or daily option for spontaneity.
- Combination therapy — When first-line options need a boost.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I get ED treatment online in Florida?
- Yes. Adults 18+ physically located in Florida can be evaluated online under Fla. Stat. § 456.47. A board-certified urologist reviews your IIEF-5 screen and medical history before any prescription is issued.
- How fast does ED medication work?
- Sildenafil typically takes effect in 30–60 minutes and lasts 4–6 hours. Tadalafil works in 30–45 minutes and lasts up to 36 hours. Daily low-dose tadalafil works continuously.
- Is online ED treatment safe?
- When prescribed after a real clinical evaluation, yes. ED medications can interact dangerously with nitrates and some alpha-blockers, which is why we collect a full medical history before prescribing.
- Will my visit be confidential?
- Yes. Intake is encrypted and reviewed only by your clinical team. When the telehealth service launches, any medication will be dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners in plain, discreet packaging with no condition reference on the label.
- What if ED pills don't work for me?
- Your clinician can adjust the dose, switch agents, or recommend combination therapy. Persistent ED can also signal cardiovascular or hormonal issues worth investigating in person.
