Incontinence & Pelvic Floor

Urge, stress, or overflow — there's a plan for you.

Online Incontinence & Pelvic Floor evaluations are launching soon and are not yet available. Dr. Gousse Solutions does not sell prescription medication online. The information below describes the upcoming telehealth service.

Leakage isn't something you have to live with. We assess the type and severity using the ICIQ tool and design a tailored plan combining medication, behavioral therapy and pelvic floor support.

Frequently asked questions

What types of urinary incontinence are there?
Urge (sudden need + leakage), stress (leakage with cough/sneeze/exercise), mixed (both), and overflow (incomplete emptying). Treatment differs by type, which is why proper assessment matters.
Can incontinence be cured?
Many cases improve substantially with pelvic floor therapy, behavioral changes, and medication. Some patients need procedural care, which we coordinate in person when indicated.
Do I need a pelvic exam?
Not for the initial telehealth evaluation. Your clinician will recommend an in-person exam if your history or symptoms suggest one is needed.
