Frequently asked questions
- How is low testosterone diagnosed online?
- Diagnosis requires lab confirmation. We use the validated ADAM screener, then order morning total and free testosterone labs at a partner facility before any treatment is considered.
- Can you treat a UTI online?
- Yes, for uncomplicated UTIs in eligible patients. Recurrent, complicated, or pyelonephritis presentations are referred for in-person evaluation.
- What about blood in my urine?
- Hematuria always requires evaluation. We start with history and urinalysis, then coordinate imaging or cystoscopy in person when indicated.
