UTI & Overactive Bladder
Stop the cycle of recurrent infections and urgency.
Online UTI & Overactive Bladder evaluations are launching soon and are not yet available. Dr. Gousse Solutions does not sell prescription medication online. The information below describes the upcoming telehealth service.
If you've had multiple UTIs in a year, or live with sudden urgency and frequency, you have options beyond a one-off antibiotic. We screen, treat acute infections, and build a prevention plan.
Treatment options (available when telehealth launches)
- Acute UTI treatment — Same-day Rx when appropriate, plus follow-up.
- Recurrent UTI prevention — Behavioral, vaginal estrogen, prophylactic strategies.
- Beta-3 agonists / anticholinergics — For overactive bladder symptoms.
Frequently asked questions
- How many UTIs count as recurrent?
- Two or more in 6 months, or three or more in 12 months. Recurrent UTI deserves a prevention strategy, not just repeat antibiotics.
- Can OAB be treated without medication?
- Often yes — bladder retraining, fluid timing, and pelvic floor therapy are first-line. Medication is added when behavioral strategies are insufficient.
